We also offer a Property Investment Specialist Service sourcing property throughout the UK to offer Investors a one-stop shop for their Buy to Let Property needs.
The business was founded by Professional Footballer & Multiple Property Landlord Mat Sadler alongside Property Sourcing and Management specialist Paul Partridge. Between them they both felt with their experiences in the property market they can offer guidance and support to help clients take financial control by investing in property.

Initial Client Consultation
This is a free consultation with one of our Directors. This can be a face to face meeting, telephone call or via email.
Requirement Strategy
Based on your requirements we will individually tailor the project to your needs. If you’re investing, this will include deciding on the areas to invest, type of properties and the return on investment required. If you’re buying or renting, this will include the best areas for you to put down roots.
Sourcing Property
We have a large amount of connections within the industry enabling us to carefully select a range of properties that suit your requirements. Each property is put to tenants, buyers and investors with accurate, clear and honest information to allow you to make an informed decision.
Negotiate & Purchase Process
We will guide and negotiate you through the purchase process. As part of our service we are also able to offer Mortgages, Conveyancing and Insurance Broking. This ensures that the whole process is taken care of from start to finish.
Refurbishment
If needed, our trusted and carefully selected team of tradesmen will ensure the turnaround of the repairs are efficient and cost effective. Keeping void periods to the absolute minimum.
Marketing the Property
During putting your property on the market, we ensure that the property is listed on all accredited online portals. As a business we are very selective with both the properties we manage but also the tenants we put forward to our landlords. We ensure that our clients are always kept up to date on a regular basis throughout the marketing process.
Management of the Property
Once the tenant has been selected, we take care of the day to day management of the property for our Landlord. This includes regular inspections, rent reviews and any maintenance issues that arise during the tenancy.
